This dungeon is hilariously easy. Even on Nighmare. This was all done on the 1st try.

If you are fast enough, shoot him in the face with an arrow when he charges up his ninpo attacks. It’ll drop him for an easy finishing blow.

Just beat him in dream of strong 💪, took me around 10+ tries (I'am axe user using shuten doji club). He's much much harder than raikou.

He destroyed me too for a while, but I finally found a good way to cheese him, just keep using archers impact then a few light attacks and back off, rinse and repeat ,and always move side to side when he's chasing you so the throwing weapons miss. Sloth doesn't seem to work at all on him, so that's not really on option sadly. Just go in with four protection talismans so you can take some damage, and if you have you're using ninjitsu use a combination of water and fire feathers to proc confusion along with throwing weapons. I farmed him like this and got all seven of his drops.
