My friend introduced me to this franchise by lending me this movie, loved it. Then found mask of light at one of those salvation army places and begged mum to buy it (this was early 2005-07 btw) then saw Web of shadows on yt a while later and then legend reborn when it was released. Out all of them, metru nui stuck out to me and still wished there was a follow up, but it's good that people like NP Productions continued the story through the ignition stop-motion series and onto ignition #3 where I think the story concludes if not then there'll be 4 aftermath stories that basically link up with the current films and timeline which is great. But if Mirmax or another animation company decides to continue the legend of the bionicle, I hope they look back to the original 3 as inspiration as I feel legend reborn was a let down design and story I felt. But hey, who knows right? Thank you Nathan for what you did and will never forget how I was brought into the franchise all those years ago, the beating of drums as epic, blorious music played signifying triumph and the glory of Metru Nui.

I marathoned the first three movies yesterday. I was near tears bu the time I finished Web of Shadows. This was my childhood, and now being 30 I find myself missing it so much. 😭

Nathan, have you considered composing a new, original BIONICLE music piece? Not an official piece, of course, but something as a tribute? Maybe something inspired by some of the later story after the Visorak/Hordika year of 2006? Maybe inspired by the story of the Toa Inika or the Toa Mahri in 2006 and 2007 respectively? Inspired by the books? Island of Doom, for instance? Or by very early BIONICLE, with the tropical sounds and MNOG elements? Any new BIONICLE-related music from you would be amazing!

That first song has always been a second theme for Bionicle to me, it's Bionicle's "The Force" theme.
