Sir I am a victim of sexual harassment and incident happened when I was in female washroom and SDO attentionly came their in lunch time. I made all efforts and approached the WSH committee through proper channel but I failed to get justice because ICC said we didn't have evidence of this incident. I am shocked because I have never seen a camera in the washrooms . Incomplete inquiry based on baise behaviour of the ICC. This act still disturbed me mentally and emotionally. Regrets

Hello madam I am a govt employee and I am the victim of such harassment. I am very well aware of WSH , PoSh , Vishakha etc and I was a member of the committee for more than 9 years. What I found is that females hesitate to come forward with the complaints because of lack of justice, rumors, negative impact by society etc it's correct. The major cause is to suppress the complaint by the employer and always see the icc selection of committee on the basis of biasness to drain the complaints. Many red flags are found in the ICC , favouritism , biasness etc on high ranks. In my case I didn't get justice and I was forced to resign from my membership. It's horrible

Modern day slavery by corporates not only indian but also international corporates. Businesses say that 'customers come first'. However, how can customers come first if employees do not come first? If employees come first (trained well), then customers will be satisfied.
