From the soundtrack of the film "A Hard Day´s Night". (1964) De la pelicula "A Hard Days Night". (1964)
Can’t believe this is the same guy who sang Penny Lane. Incredible
SIMPLY MAGICAL!
I remember THE FIRST I heard this and SAW the singer in black and white! 💃🤠🙋♥️💯💯🤠💯🤠
Spettacolari
thanks for sharing! where can I get a digital copy of this?
아 진심 천재다 눈물나..
John Lennon : "beautiful song, but I could have sung it better than he ! "😂😂
cool but john is so much better
Wonder to be alive and hear this! ❤
Legendary
😂 🎉 sing Paul Sing!!!
Billy Shears is more talented than McCartney could ever be when the change took place in 1966 😂 .
Damn!
3:12... not human!!!
No autotune, Did they even have compressors when this was recorded?
¡¡Paul en los últimos segundos😮😮😮😮😮😮!!
Man what a soulful voice Sir Paul has & John n George's harmonies sound like a harmonium.
Anyone know if the little middle eight section is John double tracked, or is Paul singing unison with him?
Genius
Sublime!!!!!!!!
Great work!
My theory is that this is about John. "Oh Darling" becomes "Oh Johnny" by the last verse, with "I'll never let you down". Written during early Let It Be sessions when John's "Don't Let Me Down" was fresh. It's a plea to John disguised as a love song.
I imagine John singing "Oh Darling" with that kind of strong voice of his.
I wonder how "Oh Darling" would have sounded with John singing it. I hope some one does it with "AI"
Perfeito e lindo
I had no idea John was singing along with him and I've heard this song hundreds of times.
WOW Me TOO 👍

Amazing touching vocal to this song. I started trying to sing it a few years ago, it felt so haunting to do, waking up my drive. But I really have to scream my throat soar to get this out. Paul sings it.
Amazing Paul's vocal and great back vocals!
Desgarradora interpretación del gran MACCA
He learned how to sing this from Little Richard .
Amazing harmony! Thanks for sharing.
1:42 😲😲😲 TERRIBLE
This is what happens if jane asher dumps you
They said he went to the studio in the morning and tried it and then he would do it the last thing at night before he went home for several days before he got the right Timbre to his voice that had to be murder on his vocal cords.. also who is the guy in the picture? I see George Martin and George Harrison but I don't recognize him and it's not m a l Evans
Wait, why is there a count-in?
SIR PAUL YOU COULDN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT IN FACT ON ONE CAN ! EXCEPT YOU !!!!
NONSENSE.
Amazing!!! Is that a dog howling at 1:04 - 1:05 ? I hear the dog bark right before the howl, blended with Paul’s voice at the ending of his phrase.
Tremendas voces
Божественно! 😊
One of the greatest vocals of all time!!!!
WHO COULD EVER COMPLETE WITH PAUL ON OH DARLING YOU COULDN'T COME CLOSE ....
Really great Paul McCartney is the best singer ever 🎸🪕🍏💕
Paul McCartney is not singing here.
You say Stark! Starkey
It's about Jane Asher, in my opinion. Several friends mentioned how "heartbroken" Paul was when she left him. He first penned this song in late 1968, and in December of that year, Paul told a journalist that he and Jane "were still in love with one another, but it's impossible." Jane had made up her mind - she was not coming back. Other songs I think are about the situation are Hey Jude, Honey Pie, Martha My Dear, Let it Be, The Long and Winding Road, and part of I've Got A Feeling (I'd hate to miss the train/And if you leave me/I won't be late again...One evening in 1963, Paul missed the last train home to Liverpool, and Mrs. Asher suggested he stay the night at their house. One night became two-and-a-half-years. It was the catalyst in turning their innocent romance into a relationship). "Jane Asher was the first woman to reject him, and he did not like the experience", said Alistair Taylor, who goes into great detail about the breakup in his book. Also, note the ad-lib Can You Take Me Back? Paul sings between takes of I Will. He wrote I Will soon after their engagement, and when he got round to recording it after she left him, the two avaliable outtakes are both notably negative for a positive love song. Jane Asher, the one who got away...
You absolutely pinned it, my friend! Only a broken man strains his voice THAT badly to get his plea across! In her book about Lennon...Cynthia Powell Lennon also wrote that Paul " was heartbroken" when Jane Asher left him! They were very much in love but he did her wrong!!!!!
Hey jude is about Julian Lennon. Martha my dear is about Martha, Paul's dog.
Amazing .... great stuff. He may have pegged the needle, but I don't hear any distortion.
Гениально! Как только появился интернет, я постоянно искал эту песню. Поэтому я ее уже давно слышал, но послушал с удовольствием еще раз.
Harmonies are insane too!!! was very picky about this and how he got it recorded. I think it took him three days till he got the take he wanted.
I think John was singing that to Billy Preston or maybe vice-versa. I believe they had a colorful relationship. John went a bit stray there for awhile, like others. Who knows whether he recovered. Who knows why he insisted Yoko join the Beatles without asking the other three blokes first?
