Megaman X Engine - Tileset and background Test
I've been working on ripping the Megaman & Bass tilesets, the original tilesets by themselves are already pretty solid, but some slight expansions were required to have more variety in the shapes that can be achieved using them (slopes were added to the museum tileset just to test how they would look like).
The backgrounds were separated by layers to give them the effect of multiple parallax layers.

Interesting mix of X1 and MM7. One suggestion I have is to make the screen transitions from one room to the next faster. Also, why is Megaman's sprite so tiny? Also, do you plan on adding wall jumping to the game? I'd suggest adding that in ASAP. It's not a true X game if there's no wall jumping IMO.
Man i wish the update the mobile version :(

i swear that would be CrashMan's boot to the saga. instead, we got a navi that are commonly weak to explosions to mess w/ bombs. well played Capcom PS: your famitracker screen sometiems unsynchs with the music.
I thought QuickMan's stage could be something more related to lasers like his original stage. And yeah, that was my shitty pc causing lag for no reason during the recording :^/
