Hi Bro there are many factors for bms if you use bms rather than f3, Should have 33watt charging speed (if less your battery must get demaged,) and connector pins polarity (positive، negative and sensor arrangements on connector, ) if there is difference in polarity of connector pins , damage to your motherboard is just and non-returnable. So for the safe side check these specifications twice or use f3 bms

Bhai aapki charging port damaged hai, charging port ki pins pcb se alag ho gai hain, 100 200 main repair karna chahiye.

Bro remove battery from the board, then connect charger and check voltage at battery points on the board, it should be 3.7 to 4.2v, if voltage are as i said then change the battery, if there are no voltage or lower than i said then problem in the board. Sometimes your charging port pins got broken and rusted so cant provide proper voltage, so also resold charging port pins into the board

Check you ear buds battery if charging or not, may be earpods battery not getting charged because of case internal charging points not working

Its charging and its fully charged as when the light blinks stops then its charge full right but in the same way the airpods not connecting not showing available devices
