@@EidRos it is slime mould colony. Organism made of one cell with lot of nuclei. It can live as univellular organism with one nucleus too. But now as you see it in my video, it is big cell with multiple nuclei at its plasmodium stage.

Search for physarum polycephalum or badhemia ultricularis if you want to read about it on the web.

@@Hockey15goat i am not much fun of higher plants, but i am also bored of watching mx old samples and i had leaf right next to me. XD so observation happend.

It would look like it even more if i learned how to set polarizers properly. I just dont know how to fix that. Now the cells are too much white even with walls, but as i saw polarization of other people, the organelles looked like shiny stars. I want to achieve that look. :D

Thank you. Honestly this one was boring for me compared to older OPATS1 and GSS1 samples observations. But i uploaded it anyway just for recording it as document.

When you say it like this, it reminds me demon eye from terraria because of the pseudopods. I mostly see skeletons of sea urchins when i look at them. :D

Nope, i dismounted eyepieces, only rarely i use them, i always use camera for live view (third oculus). I dont know why it seems like they are out of focus, maybe i have dirty optics somehow but i assume i just focus on different objects in view, i also use slides with wells so there is more deepness to focus. But thanks for recommendation, i didnt know i can solve it like that! And i did not even heard about slide grids, surely i will buy it, thanks for recommendation.

It is amoeba, unicellular organism which have ability to easily change its shape. By this mechanism it can also eat large organisms (compared to its size) and move around. Here it just moves, nothing more. :D

This one is one of md favourite samples. In first observations it already had organism which i did not saw in my other samples. Later as i added fertiliser into it, it start to be even more alive and sample is full of long algae. I like the look. :D

That big one which makes vortexes is bdelloid rotifer. He eats bodies of dead bacteria, protists, detrit and algae. Here i had lot of algae and i always put here some drops of milK to this sample, so they have lot to eat there.
