It’s not the same without Tom. He’s the voice of Kasabian and always will be. I’ve seen him twice recently on his fantastic solo tour (Acoustic set at Paisley and the Barrowlands with a band) and it confirmed that. I’ve seen Kasabian without him and just don’t feel it I’m afraid.

He sounds stupid swearing, also trying too hard, acting aggressive doesn't work. You are either suited to being a frontman by imposing yourself on the crowd, often intimidating them or keeping the guessing. This is like a karaoke and just embarrassing. Look at Tom Meighan on his own, other frontmen Paul Draper in Mansun was excellent, Richard Aschcroft is about the best of my generation. Kasabian should think about being a teen band and cut out the swearing, or give up.

❤Brilliant❤ I don't usually like change myself, but sometimes it is necessary, unavoidable, and beyond anyone's control. There is no need for everyone to suffer because of other people's mistakes! I think Serge is brilliant, the heart and soul of Kasabian.
