For what its worth, as a black person i find it so strange when people say things like "unfortunately this place is mostly white", if that was said about any other ethnicity itd be considered super racist. It should be the same for whiteness. Anyways thanks for the video it was great i just thought id mention that. All the best ❤️

We'll eventually move from Portland to a smaller town. The biggest drawback I see for Newberg is the six lane highway running right through the historic downtown area.

Is this golf course really called “Michel-Book”, like in a library? And is this house really on a street named “Medinah”, the 2nd holiest city in Islam? These things seem really strange to me. Why is a standard US town naming streets for Muslim places, and why is a golf course named after books.

I'm in a retirement home here. I naively thought that, since it was "close" to Portland, there'd be a more progressive group here. Sadly mistaken. It's all white, apparently 90% or more Christian, and Republican but I'm not sure. The food is very mediocre and hardly organic.
