If plagiarism is committed in an online or digital context and involves unauthorized access or tampering with computer systems, pwede siyang fall under certain provisions of RA 10175. For example, if someone hacks into computer systems to steal or alter someone's work for plagiaristic purposes, it might be considered a violation of RA 10175.
