How to Connect With God
Переглядів 47День тому
I've decided to open up and share some personal thoughts from my journal. Life has been interesting lately, and as I lose myself in my art, everything seems to make sense-and yet, it doesn’t. Funny enough, I’m okay with that now. Embracing the unknown while staying connected with God has become my new normal. We’re always in conversation with God, and God is always listening. But how present an...

If I can be frank; No. In my journey along the path called life, I clearly don't know what happiness is. I've been told what it should feel like, what it should be physically and what it is expected to be metaphorically... But I feel it's not a true destination. Think of it as magnetic north and true north. Sure anyone with a compass or with a sense of direction and tell you what north is, but I believe it's a moving target relevant to your journey. I feel I have seen what happiness should be, but it changes as I have changed along the way for many years now. Truth is, I focus on what I think happiness is, I make moves to get there, and while on the journey, I change, learn, adapt, and evolve, and so my sense of Happiness changes in tandem. How about you?

I do my best to focus on the present moment and what I can be grateful for. I believe happiness is a state of mind. A collective set of moments that one has notices on a regular basis that gives the feeling of fulfillment and value. It isn't constant but can be chosen with intention, mindset, and regular action while embracing stillness and acceptance.

I always try to teach my patients about being grateful without judging them ( without making them feel like they are ungrateful). Learning them to appreciate small things that matters, an example like waking up in the morning seeing a new day, new objects, that we can see and smell our environment etc appreciating " little things" if they are little... Not all patient with depression have serious problems but ofcourse we are different and sensitive the different ways but we can still be hournest with each other and help each other. Life is a gift.. thanx for the video

Your hair is beautiful well done on reaching 7 years. Regards regrowth looks normal & after 7 years you could leave longer between reties as it seems you get one full rotation, I recently started to leave longer gaps between reties and it’s great. Also try jojoba or avocado oil as our hair can absorb these 2 oils coconut oil tends to leave hair crispy, but it’s just a suggestion as we have similar hair density & fine strand texture but I have 190 locs as didn’t want lonnnnnnnnng maintenance sessions. Thanks for hair update been waiting for this ☺️ 🇬🇧

This Liberty Hall is also located in Old Harbour diagonal from Mr. Patterson's restaurant.
