I get what he is trying say. All styles is somewhat a new thing in dance. At 1st every area had their own styles, so they didn’t need to compete as much as what we see now. A lot of things were about an exchange in dance knowledge and little battles but now everyone knows all styles so they want to be that without trying to master each style 1st. And yes they are picking on him which is sad bc he actually knows some good stuff and this is the problem where the youth goes for whatever the mainstream tells ppl is dancing or how to dance.
