This is interesting because as a young kid my Dad and I fished there. The Slater farm just across the road, I don't remember how we got to fish there. I had met Mr. Graham, I think he was a school teacher. At that time it was just a cabin there, with a dock for swimming. We would just fish off the bank.

Hey Somervile1! This is in no way meant to be a sport. This is just to survey the waters to see how to properly manage the lakes. It gives us an overall snapshot of the lake so we know what sort of management plan to draw up!

I'm not 100% sure if this was a survey to see what was available in these waters or if its even legal, but I have to say as an avid hunter/fisher its a sorry state of affairs to think theres any sport whatsoever in electric fishing and you damn sure don't get any props for any of that catch so don't take photos like you guys actually pulled those in line and reel. Another case of American instant gratification at work...

just curious is there a special liscens or permit required to hunt dove in Illinois because ive been wanting to but I don't even know where to even get one if needed so ya can ya help me out any with some info
