My Dad had one of those metal sprayers. Probably still has it in the garage. He’s 95. I remember as a child watching him wear it like a backpack and pump it with the handle and spray the fruit trees in the Spring.

Chattemoue build plan is great but perhaps priority should be on repopulating place first so that he can gain revenue stream from that and workers for those cultural attractions he plans to put in. At first those living quarters should be for seasonal vacation rentals then as revenues come in build in services to entice them and locals to visit the village such as the cafe. Having seasonal rental space will also support attracting users of his recording studio, as they would have place to stay while working on their audio creations at the studio and a cafe would also attract those musicians or other audio recording project users to the site. When rentals are not taken by the artists they could be in demand by tourists. Tourists would be attracted to and customers for the art gallery he also plans to put in. Perhaps instead of a museum he should put in an artisan workshop space that could attract more guests to provide or attend workshops there. A museum is a great idea but doesn't produce much revenue to sustain itself at the beginning of this project, at least, until a steady revenue stream is established to support the preservation of the structures and history of the place. The artisan workshop could also offer community hub space for community events like yoga, meditation, family gatherings for small events such as weddings, anniversary, or seasonal gathering events. The audio recording studio will require someone familiar with speaking/understanding French to operate it and support users directions as for productions. Bilingualism is essential for recording studio operator in France.

The guy who wastes 30 minutes of our time an the program with waffling on about the same stuff that he happened to mention in the last episode, it's the most annoying thing in this show! Get on with their renovations which is very interesting. I do feel their struggles and disappointments an I get to see that it's not all plain Sailing. The Scottish Italian family who is suppose to be restoring a Town is not about that at all, it's all about him and making Money and promoting his Venue get him off the show we don't want heros like him. Give me the real McCoy and you will have a great show. Oh, one last thing I hate hearing the whinging all the time give me positivity anytime, it's bad enough listening to the News everyday and then getting it in some of the programs as well. I do watch the show which I record and then fast forward everytime the narrator speaks which makes your progam much shorter maybe half Hour shorter!

I know kev is so proud of his music studio but I think it was a mistake to wipe out the beauty of the old building. I was sad to see he covered all of the slate walls and everything that was unique about the place including the "half wall". I think it was a lost opportunity to offer the unique sound the slate walls would have offered to clients. Plus is just so disappointing that now it just looks like any old room now. sorry kev.

I am a couples therapist, and it is really fun to watch Rachael and Simon interact with each other--very caring, considerate, appreciative, and good humor. They seem to be a very good match for each other. Of course, the dogs are cute and their property is amazing.
