Sinos - The Melting Core
All the sounds come from the free GMS VST inside FL Studio. The drums are also stock. Hopefully proving the point that you don't need all the new fancy-pancy expensive VST's out there. The thing is, I have never bought a plugin, sound or sample inside FL Studio ever. I just bought the Fruity Edition like 5 years ago and havn't spend a cent on a piece of software since then.

Behringer 2600 Jam #1 (No Talking)

A little dawless jam on Behringer's Arp 2600 clone. The sequencer i used is the Teenage Enginnering POM 16. I slapped on some reverb and delay in post.
Sinos - Aria Math (Remix)

I made a remix on the Minecraft piece Aria Math by C418. This one is uploaded in 4K for literally no reason.
POM Track #1 - All the sounds are made on the POM 400

All the sounds in the song, including the drums, comes entirely from the POM 400. I have processed and arranged the sounds in FL Studio.

nice melody
Thank you!
Kung!!!
thanks bro
What are you thanking me for? The song? The title? The thumbnail? Anyways, you’re welcome, I guess?
Yep, that's why we got ours
So very cool! An awesome set up too, I love seeing that you have those wooden stands for the 2600! 🙌🐀
Haha yeah, she stands are nice. But I didn’t buy them, my dad actually made them from mahogany wood for me.
Try some Hendrix on it!!
Haha yeah I’ll see. It almost sounds like an electric guitar
This is answer, when R2D2 ask purpose from Ricky. :D
That distortion is INTERNAL ?!?! Holy fook!
Yeah it’s 100% internal. The preamp module is powerful!
Jag ska vara helt ärlig, kommer inte ihåg att du va så söt
Sixten du kommer få alla guzzar när de ser detta!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Riktigt svängigt
Riktigt eld🔥
Konungen levererar som vanligt!!!
Gnarligt
Låter riktigt bra!!
Najs!!!
Riktigt fett!!!
Kung Sixten
Riktigt gnarligt!!!
Riktigt gött Sixten
Tack Samskolan!
Presumably this is a total clone of the original ARP machine? If so, you should be able to reproduce the R2-D2 "voice" by plugging in a dynamic mic. and making the correct connections on the 2600. There's a YT video showing someone doing _exactly_ that with an ARP 2600, which was how Ben Burtt and co. created the R2-D2 chirps and whistles etc. for the original _Star Wars_ movie (and all that followed).
Yeah, I have seen that video! Maybe I should give it a try some day
And yeah you are right, it is a total clone. They have just added an LFO and midi in.
@@Sinos610 Thank you! That would be GREAT! And perhaps if you make a video of that, you could spell out the patchcord, switch settings, and slider settings to make that sound? I'm sure a lot of people would be interested!
Yeah of course! Maybe next week there will be a video on it…
I really like this. I have one as well, but haven't really used it much... a plan for the future.... you've motivated me to try and dig it out. I thought the video editing was good.... but I'm probably not the best judge.
Thank you! Yeah I highly recommend you to use it
Absolutely _beautiful!_ Any chance you could let us know the parameter settings on the Beringher as well as the Teenage Engineering synths as I own both & would love to use the sound which opens this track! Very "Wendy Carlos"!
Thank you! Yeah I have thought of doing a more of a tutorial style video soon
@@Sinos610Please do! I've subscribed to your channel!
Add percussion and you got so nice trance track that no one has!
Yeah that’s a great idea!
the xenyx, a modern classic!
Haha yeah, it's the relatively new 802s. Built like a tank for sure
You have it sounding beautiful. Enjoyed the video thank you :)
Thank you!
I recommend that you lock the room when you're not using it! Who knows...things can go wrong?!!
duuude... this is a monster sound
Thank you! Yeah, the preamp module works great as a sort of distortion
Nice sounds like a synthesiser
No.
noisecraft is free....
@@kidkique Hadn’t heard about Noisecraft so I looked it up. Thanks for the tip! But I like to own physical synthesizers so I can make music without being bound to my computer.
What is that other modular you have working with it?
@@SAUCYSYNTHS The yellow modular synth is a POM400 from Teenage Engineering. The lfo module was modulating the 2600’s filter cutoff.
@@Sinos610 thanks for sharing. Sounds great. I’ve been on the fence about picking up a Behringer 2600 series. I had this idea to use my 2600 VST and just emulate some of the patches with patch cables on the physical model to help learn some of the routing and sound design of the presets I like. More videos on this please. Nice sound.
@@SAUCYSYNTHS Yeah I strongly advice you to get it! And yeah I will definietely make more videos on this synth
Very good design and tone
Thank you very much! I'm still a bit of a beginner but I'm trying to get better
@Sinos610 as long as you keep at it and stay open to new possibilities you'll figure it out ❤️
too quiet cant hear
Yeah I know, the next videos should be better
Yes
Haha yeah I maybe shouldn’t do these clickbaity titles any more
I bought it last year and never played it... feel bad about it, I got a po400 too ;) I converted it to a eurorack form
In that case I strongly advice you to play it ;) Yeah I've heard about the eurorack frontplates but havn't bougtht them as I don't have a eurorack case.
Oh, you are so totally missing out on a great synth in your possession! I bought the Korg 2600 when it came out, and for me, that synth is a total instrument! If Behringer didn't include MPE with their MIDI implementation, then you are missing out on a significant part of the synth. That keyboard is absolutely essential to a 2600. Even without that, the 2600 design is still rocking to this day! Play it, and have a lot of fun!
What LEGO kit number is that?
Haha that isn’t a LEGO set. It is a synth from Teenage Engineering called POM 400. They have made it so that all the knobs is Lego studs so you can make your own knobs with like cogs as I’ve done.
This sound reminds me of the OP-1 but I'm listening on laptop speakers. I think there's a house classic to be made with this sound! good luck!
Thank you! Yeah there is a lot of sounds you can create with this synth. It’s very fun jamming around with it.
no i didnt. but then again i didnt even know what a Berringer 2600 was until now😅
@@saltee_crcker2363 Haha ok 👍. But glad to hear the video reached a wider audience
yes
What exactly do you mean by "yes"?
Do you mean you knew that it could sound like that? If so, I understand you, I have watched your video on it. It's very good!
@@Sinos610 Did You Know The Behringer 2600 Could Sound Like This!? Yes, I did know.
@@denovaire I mean, yeah I knew that. I just tried a little clickbait-ish title to see if I get more views than usual. And so far it have worked, but I don't really like those clingy titles so much
@@Sinos610 then don't do it :) it also doesn't make any sense. besides from that: carry on with your videos!
What did you think of the editing in this video? Is there something i can improve?
Nice. Small comment if you're looking for it - at the beginning, sound was mellow but cuts were fast. Maybe the cuts could have had a slow fade to compliment the music at that point? Also I felt the cuts were align with hands adjusting knobs, but really the cuts should also sync to the beat of the music
@@elbowbacon Thanks! I’m always open to feedback. I’ll take it to consideration to my next videos
👍
Such a dad response haha
@@Sinos610 🥸👍

Focus on what you can control. 🔭
@@2hanceboost What exactly do you mean by that?
Du är en riktig kung Sixten❤️
no joke i was listening to a song on youtube and it switched to your songs and it took me like 10 minutes to realize i was still on youtube because i tired to stop my music on apple music but i was like wait huh and i realized it was on youtube. these songs are so good i just thought they were part of my library lol. keep up the good work!
@oklol681 Wow, thank you my guy! Glad to hear you like it, this made my day! Now I will definitely produce more tracks in this genre, because it was fun
fire
Thank you! But maybe I should fetch the fire extinguisher so the studio doesn't burn down
Another great song by you! Keep it up!
Thank you! I promise I will
