Ivy Robins is the name of the new music project of Singer Songwriter Petros Ventouris.
“Warrior”, the first single of his new album “Sad Songs for Happy People”, was written during a very difficult period for the songwriter who in 2022 was struggling with depression and anxiety due to a very serious health issue. Living alone in Paros, a Greek island, and with only companion his guitar, he wrote this album expressing his faith and optimism that he will return back to his old self stronger and more creative than ever.
The emotional struggle of that period also gave birth to the name of Ivy Robins. On one side Ivy resembles the poisonous plant and the difficulties he faced while Robins represent birds and hope.
