HADITH ARE FORBIDDEN IN ISLAM!!! SPREAD THE WORD!!! You want to be a Real Muslim? Then understand that man made hadith are forbidden!!!! And that we must only follow the Quran. Read Below: [6:115] The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. (The Quran is saying here that it’s complete, meaning it’s stand-alone and doesn’t need Hadith to complete it) [6:38] We did not leave anything out of the Book. (No detail was left out of the Quran). [45:6] These are the verses of God which We recite to you in truth. So in what hadith after God and His verses will they believe? [77:50] So in which hadith besides it do they believe? (This is a rhetorical question that conveys the point that no Hadith besides the Quran should be believed in) [39:23] God has brought down the Best Hadith; a Book that is consistent in its repetitions. [17:46] And We place veils over their hearts so they would not understand it, and deafness in their ears, and when you commemorate your Lord in the Quran alone they turn their backs and run away in aversion. (We are told to commemorate God in the Quran alone). There are no verses that instruct people to copy the teachings of Muhamad. The verses you refer to say “obey the messenger” not “obey Muhammad”. This means that the only commands we are required to obey are those related to his job as messenger, and not obey Muhammad as a person. The Quran says that messenger’s only job is to deliver the message and clarify it (5:92 and 16:44) therefore all of Muhammad’s commands that one obeys is related to his message, the Quran. Therefore extra-Quranic rules aren’t allowed. And if Muhammad’s message, the Quran, indicates that it must be followed alone, then to do so would be obeying the messenger. If it were to say something like “obey Muhammad” then we would have had to obey any command from Muhammad himself, including anything not related to his job as messenger. If he were to tell his followers to eat dirt and poop, we would be required to do so. No human being should be given this kind of power over us, and thankfully the Quran doesn’t give any human such power. If one follows the Quran, one naturally obeys the messenger since the Quran came from Muhammad’s mouth first. Therefore no one could have obeyed the Quran without obeying the messenger too. An analogy is that if a king issues a decree through a representative, then to obey the king one would naturally have to obey the representative. Replace the king with God, and replace the representative with “the messenger” and you’ll see my point. Also there are certain things in the Quran that the messenger was commanded to say to the people, so obeying those sayings is obeying the messenger. Therefore, the command to obey the messenger is restricted to only what is in the content of the Quran.

Shukri Yusuf, what of the books of ahadith? The sahih sitta? The Ahadith explain the Holy Quran. The Holy Quran says establish prayers , but it's the Ahadith of Holy Prophet SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WA ALYHI WA SALLAM which expliains how and when,, that's just one example.

Although I agree with almost everything you said... however at around 3min.40sec, you wrote, "... it is not a case of being Jewish, Christian or Muslim. It is a case of being a good or bad human being and or believer in God" ... there is one thing that I would change in the statement above... 1. I would change it to "Jewish, Christians or the Sectarians" ... because being a Muslim is all about following the Quran... nothing but the Quran... the Quran alone! Hence, the way I would have written it would read something like... "It is not the case of being Jewish, Christians or Sectarians. It is a case of being a good or bad human being and or a believer in God." The one reason why there are so many religions in this world is because of the different ways of believing in God. Have you ever wondered why the Quran keeps saying, "There is no God, but God?" It is because human beings keep inventing a God who they can control. And by being able to control their invented God, they have created for themselves a religion. Hence, we have Judaism, Christianity, the Sectarians such as the Sunnis, Shiites, Salafis etc. How does a Muslim believe in God? By following what is written in the Quran, the Quran alone. However, how does a sectarian believe in God? By following the narration upon narration of people who claimed to have heard it from somebody who narrated it to someone who received it from someone closest to the Prophet. Remember this verse? 9:31 They have taken their rabbis and their monks, and even Christ, the son of Mary, for their lords instead of God, when they were commanded to worship only one God. There is no god but Him. May He be exalted in His glory above all the partners they may ascribe to Him. As a former practitioner of Judaism, I am sure you are aware that the present day Torah is not the Torah that was revealed to Moses. The present day Torah is a combination of other books written by their rabbis and revered religious scholars. The same applies to the Injeel that was revealed to Jesus. The present day Bible is actually a combination of other books written by their Apostles, priests and revered religious scholars. The sectarians have tried but they could not corrupt the Quran hence had to make do with adding other books, much like the Jewish Talmud, as side reading, which through the passage of recent times have been elevated to a higher status than the Quran. Keep on reading the Quran... insha'allah we will discover the truth. salam.

Allhamdullilah that Allah has guided you to Islam. However, an advice for me and you to seek knowledge and not be so quick to judge. You obviously don't know Imam Muhammed ibn Abdulwahab and his life and why they call him "wahabi". Or maybe you got your info from the wrong sources. Allah knows best. You also don't know the correct meaning of salafiyyah and why we call ourselves salafis. So please brother, take this as a sincere advice. Please read, seek knowledge from authentic sources and people of knowledge. The ones that call themselves salafis may Allah guide us and them and slander everyone, those people don't represent salafiyyah and only represent themselves. May Allah keep us firm and on the straight path. Ameen

How To Study And Understand The Quran ? > Unfortunately < We are only taught how to '' recite '' the Quran without the >> Understanding of the Quran << and we rely fully on other people's interpretation rather than understand Allah's guidance directly. The Quran is like a book of ( Ayah's Jigsaw Puzzles Pieces ) that you need to find how one piece of Ayah's puzzle relates to the other piece of Ayah and connect them together to understand the full meaning of all other related Ayahs. Use the Quran as Ayah's of Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces and put them together. Before you come to any conclusion about a single Ayah's understanding or its meaning you MUST look for other Ayahs relates to the > Same Subject < and than you will find the perfect meaning of that Ayah.
