phone line leading into house is hanging now at 3 ft high. repeated calls to at&t about a line down gets hours spent getting transferred between billing departments.
the only time they actually got me to someone who could handle it, they denied it being their phone line. yet the box at the end of the video has at&t with a phone number printed on it.
calling the phone number only gets you on hold with billing until their call center closes.
AT&T does not care about safety. period
