Want to begin exercising but unsure where to start?
Переглядів 692 роки тому
In my experience one of the biggest barriers to exercise is not including something one enjoys. We often think 'exercise' should include a gym membership but a gym isn't enjoyed by all. Doing something is better than doing nothing, so incorporating enjoyment is optimal for adherence. Other things to consider is including strength training, frequency of training and raising HR to max or close to.

Delicious and Easy Marinaded Skirt Steak
Переглядів 872 роки тому
Skirt steak will respond well to a long and slow cook as well as a quick cook on high heat. If cooking on high temperature it's best to marinade for min 30 minutes beforehand to help break down the tissues. You can use vinegar, limes, lemon or fruits such as kiwi, orange and grapefruit. There is nothing wrong with using olive oil for high heat cooking, it does in fact have a high heat tolerance. Extra virgin olive oil on the other hand doesn't.

Ignore Karen...lol. The music is perfect, the video excellent. I just wish oxtail were still 99 cents per pound, like they were before chefs made them popular! We grew up on them as a soup meat, and I remember most people being disgusted by the idea of eating the tail of an animal. They still make the most delicious beef vegetable soup imaginable. They were often thrown away because people wouldn't buy them. Now they are prized and unfortunately, expensive.
