I love this song and no one comes close to Ms Mazzie's interpretation of it. It is stunning. And, to think that she did it while surrounded by the most notable Divas of her time. Her accomplishment is unforgettable. Just look at the expressions on her colleagues' faces. They could not believe what they were hearing. It was a combination of deeply felt pathos and triumphant determination
Marin Mazzie is a talent the I just discovered. Her voice and carriage on the stage was magnificent. All of her work was marvelous. Losing My Mind has to be my absolute favorite, I read in another review that it makes the reviewer cry every time she hears it. I feel the same way. Marin was very beautiful, had a great voice and I feel like every time I hear her sing this song she crawls into my heart and takes up residence. Unfortunately she's gone now. I'll never have the privilege of hearing her perform live but she is on recordings. Thank you for sharing your marvelous talent with us.
Sheer perfection. My God. That voice, the impeccable artistry. And her stunning beauty. She was an absolute vision. How tragic she would be gone within less than a decade after this extraordinary performance. May she fly high with the Angels. What a gift.
She delivered a masterclass in vocal control and proper utilization of emotional context. You can see a torch song turning into a breakdown. Each note rings true right down to the final catch in her breath.
English isn't my first language, and this concert was what prompted me to learn it for the most part. 6 years after this discovery and me getting my C1 certificate Marin still sends shivers down my spine, just as she did when I first discovered this performance. Thank you for this, I will forever regret not being able to hear you perform live.
Cada vez que escucho esta canción, no importa el tiempo que pase ni lo que haya pasado... I think about you
The best. Barbara Cook is the best
rip didn't know we'd lost her till now
I have heard so many covers of this song by brilliant actress singers. Hers is the best
Yesterday was the anniversary of her death. Came here to "think about her."
Boring.
And haven't each and everyone of us felt like this at one time or another? A kick in the gut love song with a superb performance by Ms. Mazzie.
I cannot stop watching this. It is an epichol performance - amazing. I just wish I had known Marin Mazzie sooner.

Duch a loss.❤

The sisterhood these ladies shared that night on that stage is so evident when you watch them listening to & reacting to each other. ❤

Probably the most heart-felt rendition of this song ever sung by any artist. Marin was perfection. Requisant in pace dear one.
