​@@m.ed71, Hi ... Thanks for the feedback. I was able to get it resolved by a logical error on my end, i.e. Backend Service wasn't running and the endpoint wasn't being hit. So the error I assumed was just wait_time till timeout.

@@m.ed71SSO is too expensive for my business. We use google workspace. Is there anything else I can do to improve user security? We could do endpoint management for windows and also enforce MFA.
