Hi there it’s good for casual gaming, you can play COD with a controller connected, however for long term gaming use I’d recommend you get an iPad Pro or iPad Air with M1 chip. They are a bit expensive but they will handle games better. Try looking for a good deal on pre-owned iPad Air or Pro if budget is constraint.

They have good pricing also, however I’m not familiar with their refurbish & grading process, also their service and warranty.
