I ordered from amazon ...i dont understand why do they send defect piece and no body is even bothered to respond..this is highly unprofessional..if some one has a courtesy regarding customers time and concern plz revert being responsible ...would be highly appreciated...i took the stroller after watching this video...i saw the reviews before as well even they had the same complain,i highly regret trusting the the brand and buying

To all future buyers. Don't buy this , reasons 1. I have been using this for 2 months and it has started creaking like crazy. No matter how I install it what lubricating product I use it won't go away. The creaking sound is si bad that my baby won't sleep in it for a minute. I just hate this product. 2. Mosquito net is a utter joke. The person who designed this is an absolute moron. There are fucking gaps between the net and crib everywhere. This product is useless. I would suggest you to spend more and buy a better product from better brand or go cheap and buy 1500-1600 swing cradles bcuz they are billion times better than this.

One side of canopy is jammed so I want to replace new one

Such a poor illiterate staffs they say something and do something. I got a stroller and I had to exchange as my family wasn’t okay with it and then I had called the store for the exchange. The staff attends the call and say my senior is not available in the store and they made me wait for long and they said okay sir wil exchange it. And today while going for exchange they say it’s not in our policy of exchange. I said I already spoke over the call and then I had come so from to exchange. And so casually u say we can’t and it’s a communication mistake from our fresher staff. Then why the hell do u keep so much big store and if they are fresher they should know I what is their duty and what is not. I would never recommend anyone to such poor store.

Why do you advertise your products with price in Indiamart with address if you don't wish distributors to visit your office to buy your product in bulk? I protest the behaviour of your staff profusely. These staff tarnish the image of the company the promoters built with sweat brick by brick. I purchased it assembled from your Store. But I am not able to remove the cow music box lock. It's Plastic is too hard to press and there are 6 of them which needs to be pressed simantinously to remove it.
