Very nice presentation....lot of efforts went into this presentation....It looks like promo presentation.... effortless presentation. It would better to reduce the length to 7 minutes.
What was your flight date? Anyway the black box you mentioned is an NFC reader, which is for onboard purchase such as Wifi and items from Krishop (I think).

I uses to fly this route, last time i was on this route is when they still operated the 777-200lr on this route

Surprisingly they only serve one hot meal (breakfast) and a refreshment for such a long flight!
@Lee Claxton can't believe SQ provides that kind of service on their long-haul flight. It's not up to their standard like how they used to be and definitely not a 5-star level.
@Royce Carsten There's nothing to envious and jealous on Singapore Airline's popularity and Singapore success. People are just trying to give their opinions. That's it. Pls try to remove your Singaporean kiasuism.
