yeah my negative bank account is totally gonna get approved for 10 houses
There are plenty of ways to buy real estate with other people's money! Just need an open mind to learn
I'm 28 and I can barely afford to rent never mind afford to buy the rental. This is why the housing market is totally fucked cause guys like this brought it all up and are now selling it at premiums we can't afford
I cant afford ten chicken nuggets 😂
"If" lol
If everyone did this we would have approximately 80 billion houses in the earth 🌎
Ahhhh why didn't I think of counterfeiting 50 million dollars to buy ten rental properties! Oh right that's illegal, well I guess I should have crapped out the money like a normal person. Who can afford this nonsense advice?
So many people! Real Estate is more accessible than you think if you are willing to buy in theright markets
these clowns never tell you about the loser tenants that dont pay rent for 2,3,4 months before you kick them out and end up missing 5,6, maybe 8 months of rent plus more if you take them to court because why should they get away with that nonsense! so yeah go ahead buy 10-12 properties and let me know how that goes
We have 70 and wouldn't trade it for the world. Of course there are hard days and challenges, But that is true for anything that you do in life
I'm 31 and I'd be lucky if I walked into walmart right now and was able to afford a lego house. This guy is so out of touch.
If you can buy 10 rental houses before you're 30, you're already well off.
I started with $3k that was my entire life savings I made from waiting tables through college
@@unlockedrentals I find it hard to believe that you bought a rental house for $3k.
@@Andrew-it7fbbelieve it! FHA with 3.5% down on a $92k condo. Then I got roommates. Go back on my page and watch my story
@unlockedrentals was this before the housing crash? Banks were approving mortgages with much lower qualifications back then. Housing prices have also increased much more than median income and you're not getting a mortgage for 3.5%. There's also the issue that if you don't get a reliable tenant, you can get screwed.
@@Andrew-it7fbnope! 2013 and after all the mortgage companies tightened up. FHA with 3.5% down is still going strong today! If you live in fear of what *could* go wrong, You will be in the same place you are now 10 years from now. I have taken calculated risks throughout my career and they have paid off overall, even though there have been hard times too.
All you have to do is buy 10 houses by the age of 30!!!! Its so easy, guys !!!!!
Dumb internet advice. People can barely buy one house before thirty. Haha don’t listen to this trash
Not true at all!
I bought one house… how do I buy another?

So why only give a 3 day notice then? Most states require 30 days remedy for most lease violations anyway and evictions can be 3-30 days notice so what would ever be the point of a 3 day notice if the intention is the be respectful of tenants?
Being respectful while upholding the written lease agreement is the goal. If someone is not paying or communicating, 3 vs 30 days will end up with the same outcome
@@unlockedrentals interesting! I’d be interested in a short where you also discuss the biggest issue you run into with tenants violating their lease when it does happen or what factors into accepting applicants when flooded with options all at the same time
The 3 day cute or quit notice is required before a landlord can file

🙏❤️Thank you caring ,educating and sharing.
Only IF the rent is $850 TOPS. Nobody in a chair can AFFORD anything over $850. 😕 I don't think ANY modern landlord truly cares about that.
Data Mgmt please
Possibly live….
This is exactly what I'd expect a landlord to argue
dead animals upset her but kids being neglected doesn't matter ?? wtf?
I care more for animals than I do human beings😮 I would do the same thing she did when he was talking about the dead animals and not about the kids. Doesn't mean you don't care at all about the kids😮
Likely her fish Goldie died too young

Years and years Dude it’s 2024 U bought in 2021 That’s 3 years
If there isn't space for a ramp, there is an easy way to build a lift powered by a heavy duty winch. The one my dad built worked when my grandpa was living there. Now it entertains the grandkids and is an easy way to bring groceries into the house. It was only built to go up maybe 3 feet but I think the winch is long enough that it could have been higher if necessary
Australia is in the middle of creating a law that every new build needs to be accessible. I think its a fantastic law because we're living longer and it will be needed in years to come. And it takes a while to get approved to build anything accessible. We built one for my mum, but she passed away not long after it was finished. It takes that long!
We’re living shorter lives year after year, from 1900to 2019 it worked its way up to an avg of 79 in 2021 it fell to 76 and is decreasing.
@Ev-df2lo but we are living longer. Back in 1800's "old" was in your 30's. People didn't live long after 40 or 50. Now we're living into our 90's.
And good luck on getting the landlord to do the maintenance on the ramp. They rarely sand and re-coat wood decking and rails
...I'm the housing provider
Not to mention you can charge a premium because it is wheelchair accessible. Supply and demand, don't tell me I'm wrong for knowing basic economics.
Any landlord that does that is risking a 5-6 figure lawsuit... They might get away with it, but it's a risk
so, your morals have a price tag
Your wrong. Especially in a market in which 100 square foot shacks go for 250,000$
Nothing in California
