@@ELGUAPOMOTO Other modular helmets I have used similarly have a good snug fit around my ears and they all have the chin curtain just like this one so they are all relatively quiet and I cant tell the difference but compared to the non-modular helmets especially those without the chin curtain, there goes the big diffrence. I can’t tell the difference on wind noise (both low noise with good snug fit around the ears plus the chin curtain) even when compared to the Nolan 120-1 (although the HJC i100 is a bit on the heavier side when it comes to weight comparison). If wind noise is your serious concern, I would suggest to try the helmet on to see if the inner foam has snug yet comfortable fit around your ears and look for one with the chin curtain. Helmets fit differently on different head types. Other than these, you can also use specialized ear plugs that allow you to hear the comms and the traffic around you yet reduces other noise such as wind.

650 is almost completely different from the superbikes you mentioned. Power delivery and riding position are completely different. Where do you use this bike most of the time, street or track? I kind of regret my 600 because of how incredibly uncomfortable it is in the street and the power delivery is very peaky, not a lot of power down in the rev range and I can't use it without getting in trouble with the law. The 1000 has more grunt all over but still peaky, and can't use any of it without begging the pigs from giving you a ticket or arrest you. Really think if changing is a good decision.

My choice as well…

Wala bro pag direct imports. Dito lang sa atin sa Pinas meron ICC requirement. pwede palagyan sa LTO if you want. May reqts and fees lang pag ganun. So far wala naman ako na xp na issue with local reinforcement about the ICC sticker on this helment. Not much to worry either if in case masita man.
