Excellent tribute! So sorry to hear about your loss! I loved hanging out at Sandusky Speedway when I was a kid back in the 70s rooting for Todd and the Flintstone Flyer! My dad, Damon and my uncle Charlie used to help Todd during that Era in Sandusky and Lorain County Speedway. Great times back then!

Wonderful tribute toTodd. I first attended Oswego Speedway at the ripe old age of 5. Loved that Flintstone Flyer the first time I saw it! R.I.P.

Being born in 1959 in OswegoNY....once I got old enough to realize that racing here is a BIG thing.....we needed to be at the track every Saturday night. After peeking through the holes in the walls of the 4th turn, my dad started bringing us to the track when they could afford to. When we became regular fans.....Todd Gibson and his Flinstone Flyer were all we yelled for. That was many moons ago, but BIG time thanks to Zach for bringing back so many memories from the track, but even more so.....showing what family love means to the Gibson family! Thank you and God bless you all!

Yes I saw that, that is the only thing that could have happened is they confused the 2 cars, but I argued for about 5 laps that was wrong and they wouldn't do anything about it. Mistakes happen. It was just frustrating.

Did you figure out how they put the yellow 35 in front of you? Note the position of the caution car (red #35) on the last green flag lap right as you guys cross the line.

Thanks we did alot of debating on them and I am 100% in love with them. Now just waiting on the car to be finished lettering and we are ready for our first race on the 16th @ Columbus Motor Speedway.

Well with bilstein shocks there sould be a jump in the middle of the straightaway and the car would never get upset. they are pretty amazing shocks and with a smart person like R.A.M Engineering valving them its like a cadillac. However the reason why i hit the rumble strips was to loosen the car up a little bit it was slightly tight from the center out and i tried high but there wasnt any rubber up there to grip.

Cool video zach I like that camera angle better.Your car was hook up on the bottom can't believe you was running over the rumble strips and it was not up setting your car that much.good luck on your season and hope to see you in Columbus July 18.

I did have the camera on last night, however it cut out during the last caution. im currently editing the video and will have it up in a couple days. So there will be a video clip of up to the last caution.

Great win at Columbus last night ! Congrats! My older brother saw your grandfather race when I was just a kid and told me stories about it. If he was anything like you are doing, winning must run in the family. By the way I was in grandstand to the right of the start/finish line and was sitting behind a lady that I am guessing might be your mom. I saw you come up into the grandstand and sit and talk with her in between races. I am guessing she might be some family.

Actually The cam spud rounded out for the fuel pump and he lost all power. he said he went high to stay out of the way but didnt see anybody on the inside so he dove down there real quick. but i was already looking for the whole to pass him so there i was. lol. no harm no foul.
