Packrafting McMillan Campground in Ross Lake
McMillan Campground is one of many beautiful campsites only accessible via boat in. Permits are required and fill up quick! McMillan campground is equipped with a well maintained vault toilet, bear boxes, fire pits, and beautiful sites! The lake conditions are pretty harsh when winds are strong, so be prepared. We used an inflatable kayak with a weight capacity of 440lbs, but would probably not do that again.

1 night 2 day trip to Lower Lena Lake. Lower Lena Lake is located in the Olympic National Forest and has many established camp sites. National Forest Pass is required at the trailhead. The lake water is drinkable with proper water filtration. Vault toilet is available.

Wonderful video! Still holds up and the Canon 24-105 f/3.5-5.6 IS STM is an amazing lens. I use mine on a Canon C100 MKII. The STM is so quiet and that’s what you need for scratch video. I also adapt it onto my R6 MKII. It works great with that camera. The AF is quick.

The Quileute Tribe reopened the village of La Push today, July 12, 2021 at 8:00 this morning. The line to get onto the reservation was a mile long so a lot of people were waiting to visit the area!

Awesome review! I'm still debating if I want this or the Canon 85. The Tamron is $400 more than the Canon both with the same F/stop. I love the Tamron lenses so far though. I have a 24-70 and 70-200. I might just save for the Tamron! :)
