Just started today and went through all players of the story mode, still confused how I don't have the 3 locked characters. Yeah, this game does _not_ tell you a lot.

someone can tell me how can i do the secret movement whit doombox?
Secret movement? He can fly if that's what you mean every character has a unique movement option like doombox can fly and candyman can teleport through the walls and toxic can cling to the wall
The special allows u to push the enemy
