Oef, that's a very specific question I don't have an answer to ... What I do want to mention is that not every email client like (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) accepts custom fonts/shows custom fonts in the emails. In other words, you might have a hard time trying ensuring all email clients (gmail, etc) show the custom font you use in your newsletters. The bottom line, depending on the custom font you want to use (maybe the font you have in mind already is possible with most email marketing tools) it might be impossible to get it to work on all email clients. Glad you liked the video! Yea they only offer free support for free users for the first 14 days but that's not a lot ... after those 14 days you're basically on your own if you're on the free plan.

Thanks for the response. I'm actually in that 14 day trial and they've not responded to any of my emails but manage to spam me daily anyway with sales prompts. I'll use the free version until my subscriber count moves higher and then I'll move. I've been quite disappointed with the product in many areas but support is a big one. Thanks again for the video!

By characters you mean characters in a word? So like 800 words? My top tool recommendations in my ai avatar tools review can do that for you. Cartoons is a different thing however... Especially if you're looking for a custom made cartoon. Please see my review video, I know that one of them can do custom made cartoon creations. It's a while ago since I reviewed them so I don't know out of the top of my head which one is was. Sorry, haha.

Thanks for your suggestion. Haven't had the opportunity to try out Flodesk, so I can't really share deep insights, but my first impressions are that it's a cool email tool that might be an interesting alternative for others in the creator-ish scene like Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit...

Yes it definitely gives creator vibes! A lot of people have said they have the most beautiful templates and it’s pretty simple and easy to use! Also they don’t charge per email or subscriber.

Good question. I haven't tried them yet. From my first look, Loops is an email tool for SaaS companies, while Folk is a CRM tool. From the tools I've reviewed Brevo, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot offer these email+crm functionalities in their tools but how they would compare to Loops/Folk I can't say ... Edit: Just did a quick search on your name and saw you run a Linkedin newsletter. Looks good! Is your goal to replace that with a dedicated newsletter tool?

It largely depends on your marketing strategy. For simplicity, let's consider two marketing strategies: (1) maintenance and (2) growth. Maintenance involves sending your 2,000 online course customers a weekly or monthly update by email. Growth involves using Facebook ads, webinars, 1-on-1 sales calls, etc., to increase sales for your online course platform. For the (2) growth example, an email tool that supports sales/CRM features would be very helpful for your business. Just reply again if you need more help.

MailerLite also has a feature called 'Saved Blocks' which I believe is similar to the snippets ConvertKit has. In regards to your second argument; no, from my understanding MailerLite doesn't offer the 'swap email' feature in automations, which can be annoying. This is one of the reasons why I find ConvertKit more user-friendly but it does cost more money. You can edit an email in an automation though but you can't swap emails A and B for example.

@@creatoregg Thank you. I thought there was something like the snippets - saved blocks but I couldn't remember the name. I haven't set up my automation but I think the swap emails function would be useful. I think I'm going to start with MailerLite since my list is in there. I actually do have ConvertKit too and am paying the initial level in order to promote a couple of products (linking to commerce). I like it but am afraid if I do my email newsletter there now I will want to stay and don't want to pay the higher price. 🤑

​@@LLMedicalEnglish you can always switch to a different email tool later on. Yes it takes some time to transfer everything but it's doable. I've switched too a couple of times to a different tool.

You mean in terms of privacy laws? Great question. To be honest, I haven't really looked into that (yet) so I must owe you an answer on that ... sorry. If this is really important to you then my advice would be to contact the email companies in my top recommendation and ask them this same question.
