Pretty much. You have to get the button timing right and there is a pretty easy way to tell if it worked before you use the soul. I don’t remember what it is but there are a lot of vids that will help.

BLU3DR4GON-E-D yeah, I replied. If you really want to get into some fun get you a Save Wizard for PS4 MAX. It will allow you to edit saves. Now people will complain if you tell them you cheat but as long as you’re doing it on solo play it’s none of their business. I learned to play Soulsborne games by using the glitch on Bloodborne. I figure what I do with my game is my business. There are a lot of games. You can see it at savewizard.net. John Frazar- Yeah I checked the website but it's says it has to be on a certain ps4 software/ versión. My ps4 is on its newest updated version. Plus my wifi is ass and I can't afford anything better right now but I'm still a noob when it comes to this game. I just started with the mentality that I'm going to die alot.

DeathCJ yep. My problem is always that I get out of sync and either get behind or get ahead of the timing. Lol. These days Save Wizard for PS4 MAX is a lifesaver. No more exploit. Just add the cheat and have the Souls.

LENNUJ666JUNNEL yeah. It does. Basically anything will work. You can do a strong attack and it'll work. Just have to get the timing right. I haven't used it in a while thanks to the Save Wizard but if you're on Xbox you don't have that luxury.

Aleem Baig it's tough. For me it's usually right before you land on the backstep but you just have to find the right spot.

HassouTobi afaik there isn't one. However if you go to www.savewizard.net you can buy an application that I firmly support that will allow you to mod your save and get a lot of stuff. This is there along with Bloodborne, Dark Souls 2 SotFS was added yesterday and a ton more games. You should check it out. It works on the latest patch as well.

Rohit be sure you have the original disc version and are on 1.00 so you have to turn off your network connection so it doesn’t update. Otherwise it won’t work. I think the sequence is in the description. If not I’ll have to go find it on another video bc I haven’t used it in soooo long. I have Save Wizard for PS4 MAX so I don’t have to do glitches. I can add Souls, change weapons, do pretty much anything I want now.

XGN Deathgunner I assume you're talking about the friend dupe. Which is more difficult for me but with the save editor that should be coming to the US it won't matter.

Frankie Davila basically you got it. Your friend backs up the save to a USB then drops you all their souls then copies the save back from the USB to the PS4 and they still have everything.

Joshua Auty hold down on the d-pad the whole time. It won't hurt. That saves one button push. Also try to start your combination just before you land.

Keita it only works on version 1.00. Meaning you must have the disc and start a new game disconnected from the internet so the game doesn't download the update file. Then beat at least Vordt and then use his soul for this. Once you're satisfied you can connect and update and play online and everything else.

InfernalSlayer yeah. She was tough but there are a few things a lot harder. Like getting all the achievements. There are a couple of missions where people only show up if you do certain things in certain amounts of time. It sucks!

8BitBasedGod well, you can start it at any time. You just have to finish at the correct time. I usually start right as they're landing from the backstep. However it all depends on your speed.

I stuck myself into a corner in the Shrine, and did the button combinations with my back against it. Has been more successful for me in that regard. Thanks for the reply and demonstration video.

8BitBasedGod I did that for a long time. I would get in one of the little coves under the thrones where you can just barely fit and did it. But lately I've had better luck just jumping around. Just do whatever works best for you. I've always thought different things work for different people.

#AhmdGame99 it takes practice. There are a lot of videos on the boss soul duplication but most will tell you to use a shield parry. I've found the backstep to be much easier. Also, if you're not on the original version of the game, 1.00, then it won't work. It was patched around 1.04 or so.

If you're on firmware 3.18 you should be able to rename PBOOT2.PBP to PBOOT.PBP. be sure you're putting the (.) after the PBP and it will rename it to PBOOT.PBP when you refresh with F5. Same with the EBOOT.PBP

If you copy it into the PS Vita/PSAVEDATA/LettersNumbers/ECFW01234 it should show up just fine. If it doesn't then try to download it again. If you have Gladiator Begins then you need to put this ECFW01234 in the same place you put the save file for Gladiator Begins.

No, you put the ECFW01234 folder in your CMA backups folder for savedata. Then transfer it via OpenCMA.

The ECFW01234 folder goes in where your game saves are. By default it is in My Documents>PS Vita>SAVEDATA>letters&numbers>"this is where u put ECFW01234 As far as the PBOOT2 and QBOOT I don't know what you're asking. If it's changing it to qboot then rename it to PBOOT.PBP

No. That has to stay there. Plus it's not a pboot, it's an eboot. PBOOTs are just image files basically. Eboots are generally games.

yeah. It's really simple. All u need is an existing param file from a pboot, which I'll link to here, and you just add your own ICON0.PNG which needs to be either 144x80 or 80x80 and then you open the param.sfo in hex editor and change the game ID to your base game and both names to what you want. I have a video that sort of shows it. I need to make another one. Might do that in a minute. Here is the param file you need. Just add ur icon with it and create a new file with PBP Unpacker. Use this param, edited of course, and your icon. For the pboot? Your param.sfo is the one I sent you. Just edit it and save, then when you click new put that param in there and ur icon. It shouldn't need a data. Make sure you save it as PBOOT.PBP

Yeah i did that i fixed it now..and im on 3.18..but now i just keep getting an error (C1-2858-3) when i rebuild the database then load the game...or tnv launcher as its called now..

So you've tried 3 different base games and none of them work? If that's the case maybe try to redownload the files. Sometimes they can get corrupt.

Also, what base games have u tried and what firmware are you on?

John Frazar 3.15. I've tried No Gravity, Arcade Darts, and Auditorium.

ComicMan9 I'm not sure. If you're doing everything exactly how I'm doing it you could be having game issues. Are those all minis? I know Arcade Darts is but it also has the functions necessary. Try a full game. I use numblast. Unfortunately, now that Qwik released an exploit for it you can't get it anymore. It's an amazing base game. Haven't had a single problem out of it.

I tried the Max Level for ''Disgaea 3'' for the Ps3. My level is max but the stats shows like I am still at level 1 or lower. I tried Max stats I don't see no difference. Max mana some what works but when in actual battle I dont have max only when I am buying skills or more battle moves that it shows max. I am using the Com unity codes.
