No way I’m trading my 2.75 rate for 7% on a more expensive home. I’d do it for the 10 grand if I could keep my low rate. Until then I’ll stay put.
A number of people are feeling "stuck" in their excellent interest rate, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. I imagine there are some dinner-table arguments going on at many homes about the need to move for one reason or another and the resistance to do so because of interest rates. I hope we see some relief!

That kind of sounds like something he might say LOL. The problem is that these are not real solutions, even if the intention was REALLY there. The White House has some policy influence in the overall economy but they don't have the will to execute on a complete plan. Instead of building it, we are presently eroding the economy.
