Tienes que completar el juego en modo más difícil, mania, mania plus y luego desbloquearás meganania.
Disculpame por no contestarte pero en necesario tener la ROM de Steam? Porque lo descargue para android en mi teléfono y la ROM la descarge en una página por Google osea que me lo tengo que acabar Enel modo Hardest y se desbloquea en manía y luego manía plus y luego el mega mania?
