Hi my names Lisa, I'm a wife and a busy mum of three young children. After being in retail managment for over 15 years i wanted a new challange. I needed to find away of earning money at home whilst raising my children. So, something New, Baking!!! I had always baked for my family but never considered selling my cakes!!
Fast forward 5 years and here i am with my own business 'twinkle little tarr' I've made over 200 cakes and had the pleasure of teaching some of my skills to some fab people..
So how and where did i learn, UA-cam!!! there's lots of videos teaching you all sorts of skills from baking, ganache to sugar flowers....So why am i starting a youtube channel i hear you ask???? Well, I feel sometimes when I watch these videos i get a sense of 'i can't do that!!' or Wow!! how fast did she speak? and her hands moved like lightning!!!
So i want to break it down, go a little slower and be interactive with you!!! So grab a coffee and relax and tell yourself you can do it!!
