Infinity Three 2025: Video Assignment Seven
VIDEO ASSIGNMENT #7: Due Wednesday Jan 15th @11:59pm
#1: Egg Beater Paradiddlediddle 4-2-1
- @110 and 125bpm
- 2 reps per tempo off each hand (8 reps total) all in one video with no cuts
- Marking time
Our primary goal is always to play good rhythms. Make sure you're playing an open, even 5let with a very defined meter change to the 6tuplet. At 110, this will require a LOT of back finger support and control: apply that to the 125 as well! Secondary focus: making sure the last 2 notes of the eggbeater are properly balanced.
For this assignment, the accents ARE in for the PDDs (to help us connect meter changes with the feet). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! Have fun drumming!
