Ok so the ones on the left are premade. They dont fit perfectly. You take the white bar (mold) and dip it in hot water. When its melted, place it in the grill and smash it onto your teeth. Should come with plastic tongs so u can dip it without burning urself. Itll be hot on your teeth, but it won't hurt. Those things on the RIGHT look like molds for custom grills. The customs are a lot more expensive (120 for two top canines) but they are solid silver or gold and sit perfectly. You send thr mold back and they mail u the finished product. The ones on the left are cheap; they're what I was getting. Only decent ones I ever got are gold plated, but they don't fit perfectly and make u lisp.
