    Hi Coach Diana ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even last 14 minutes of the lesson set when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to rest. My MIL did the full lesson using 25 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are super thick and bulge like yours and she is unbeatable strong! I feel really low and defeated.

      Hi @rupinjeremiah9589 First off, good for you taking this class! Yes, this class is for anyone! Of course as a personal trainer and pain free performance coach, I'd say there is a correct place to start for each person looking to increase their overall fitness. Have you done any work with a personal trainer before? The right prescription of exercise is key! I offer free discovery calls, please let me know if you'd like to set one up.     Hello there: Great videos, but the camera you are using is definitely not 1080HD, which is what the resolution figure shows as being available. Upgrading to a higher-resolution camera would make them much more enjoyable.

    All of your workouts are amazing! I just wish you had a nicer camera - not to be a jerk but....super blurry. Great sequences and exercises, though.

I lead these classes live for my Bridge Fitness members, and I think the video quality is the payoff for going live and recording in this way.
