Pro bike kit is a scam. Ordered a bike bag, the fucking clowns sent it by the cheapest possible way, should have sent express, unable to change delivery address and they got my address wrong. Ordered 24/8, in customs in LA 6/9, and made it to fedex in LA 2 days later. It will arrive in denver 5-7 days later, after I’m away for a month, and will miss bike race. So it will return to sender. Get. A refund? HA ! It’s impossible to contact these asses by phone, email or chat, only by message, which they “manage” to respond to 2 days later. I will never buy from these idiots again. Total disaster. SHOP ELSEWHERE, save yourself the aggravation.
