When you are not in a state of giving Reiki, your left hand, which is the yin energy side of the body, is a natural receiver and the right hand (yang) is a natural giver. You can test this yourself with a pendulum. It usually swings counter clockwise over the left hand and clockwise over the right. This has nothing to do with being right handed or left handed. When you turn Reiki on, automatically, your innate body knows to give from both hands. This is because whether you realize it or not consciously, you are having the intention to give with both hands. This is the quantum magic of the innate body and the Reiki attunement. Also, frequency does matter. Each chakra resonates to a certain color/frequency etc. But other frequencies can be in harmony with that too. For example if you use 528 Hz (solar plexus) over the root (396 Hz on the Solfeggio scale) your root chakra will still respond in some way. Maybe in a different way. It’s like saying you can only enjoy music in the key of G because your ears correspond to the throat chakra which is the musical note G. In fact your ears will appreciate good music played in any key at all and some music makes your whole body vibrate. Your body responds to many different stimuli, frequencies and harmonies. And you can use different crystals too, yes! Be guided by intuition. I often use a yellow citrine at the root to put joy back when someone has no fun in their life and seems to be in survival mode only. Just experiment and have fun with the frequencies and try different things and ask your person for their feedback. There are no rules! I had misunderstood/misheard from the video that switching on reiki turns the yin hand into the yang hand and the yang hand into the yin hand, so thank you for clearing that up for me because i was scratching my head over it 😅. I think i get what you're saying about the frequencies now, too: i guess it's kinda like the difference between unison and harmony - you can either use the same exact note as the chakra, or a note that harmonises with it, such as a 3rd or a 5th? I so much love your suggestion to experiment and have fun and be intuitive about it. (This is all very new to me, so i wasn't sure how much is set in stone, so to speak.) I saw this video yesterday while scrolling through this channel and had no idea how much it would mean to me. It popped it my head while I was outside today so I looked up, chose a small cloud...and it disappeared. I did it 3 more times, each time with a bigger cloud and just cried. It makes so much of a difference being able to witness how powerful we actually are. For something as simple as a cloud to bring so much guidance, strength and power really opened my eyes to just how much we've limited ourselves in the world. Thank you so much for this! 🙏

Magical birds! They gather on boulders atop the Hugh Norris Trail at Saguaro National Monument West in Arizona. It was there they allowed me to pause close enough and long enough to marvel at their grandeur. With aloof calmness they radiate peace ♥️

We are all struggling with the same thing you describe. I am trying to spend more time listening to people and really hearing them without judgement, this clears the throat chakra quite as much as expressing your own words. You are doing a wonderful job just because you are becoming self aware. Don't give up on setting boundaries. Speak your truth clearly but kindly.
