I wasn't aware of that because I stopped following the show a while ago. But I still think it stands true that the writers chose death as a way of getting Adam off the show. There are many different routes they could have done to have Adam leave the show in a more happy light.

They killed off Adam because the actress' contract was up and she is in a new Disney show, so she decided not to renew said contract. But I think they could have brought back Adam with a cis-male actor next season, to show him on T.

I've found layering to be the easiest to cover the chest if you don't want to have tightness. You obviously don't have to layer as much as I did. But another option could be compression shirts made for working out or athletics. That's going to be similar to a binder but not as tight but it will be a fitted shirt. I can't think of many other options that don't involve the tightness of binding. I hope this helps though!
