Yes. I just feel like they don’t care about what they send us. They send the plugs in a pot but doesn’t even grow because it’s not adjusted to the pot. By the time it’s grown, I could’ve spent more money and paid for a bigger plant lol

You probably just need to clean all the little holes where the water runs I used toothpick to poke it and I only use distilled water to avoid water stains on the mirror I actually just recently deep cleaned the whole thing I drained all the water out and clean up all the dirt on the bottom as well as the filter with dish washing soap and water I also used an old toothbrush to clean the holes above also don’t forget to put maybe 1/4 cup bleach on the water at least once a month it kills algae and keeps the water clean for a little longer. @zcplants I wish my parents would allow me to choose my own furniture. Sadly I'm just a teenager that still depends on them.
