Dolphins Echolocating at Night
Dolphins use echolocation to find their food at night. These videos were shot from the Dolphin Dream boat. The lights on the boat attracted fish and squid which in turn attracted these wild Atlantic spotted dolphins. www.dolphindreamteam.com/dolphin-dream-bahamas

Foxes Chasing Bobcat-Turn up the volume
Переглядів 161Рік тому
I heard a commotion on my hillside, so I ran inside to grab my iPhone and I was able to catch the tail end of the action on video. This is one bobcat being chased by two foxes.
Gopher, Skunk and Fox

Interesting animal interactions. A gopher fell into our pool and drowned so we put it up on the hill to see what might be interested. A skunk and a fox were in competition for the prize! By the way, this gopher was not poisoned. We do not use poisons anywhere inside or outside of our house.

@@oceanvideosorg Me too, Sally. I can still jump off of the back of my sailboat and swim over to the reserve at the U.W. Friday Harbor labs, but it's not the same thing. The water is 40 and you just don't have the amount of marine life we did at Toyon. Nothing at all like the sea lion flying fish shows. . Though I did have an orca swim past my boat at the dock last year :)

For Lolita and others in captivity. Lolita has been a prisoner for over 45 years. Last I heard Lolita called out to her mother Ocean Sun for many years. Ocean Sun is more than 82 years by now and I don't know if she's still alive. Good people have been trying to free Lolita for quite some time. My own personal opinion, I'm not so sure the ocean is safe for any marine animals anymore because of Fukushima. However, if you want to know more, this is Lolita's heartbreaking story. www.savelolita.org/
