I used to live in Nunney, we went ghost hunting at the castle one night, the photos I got are the reason I’ve never gone back at night 😅 absolutely terrifying

I went to Tussauds in Niagra Falls when I was 11. At the time , the chamber of horrors was 18+ but my Dad snuck me in lol. Scared the crap out of me! I still remember the statue of the guy hanging from a giant hook through his guts covered in flies!

I visited in the early 1970s the chamber of horrors was far better . What a shame !

Glad that they have given the Chamber of Horrors a new lease of life and improved it to when I last went when it was good. The classic murderers are back, though George Joseph Smith is missing, keep the brides away just in case. When it was epic, there was a cell with all of the prisoners and the warden's eyes would move from side to side. Well done to them, it looks brilliant.

I enjoyed this very much.Thank you. I used to live in Nunney and the castle is picturesque and even cute of a summer's day. But at night or in stormy weather, it does feel malevolent. Like whatever's there just wants you gone. Fun fact - the Union Jack at the end of the vid belongs to Nunney resident Commodore Warwick, the last Captain of the QE2 and a thoroughly lovely bloke.

I visited there 20 years ago, at the time they didn’t allow photo or recording inside, cause too horrific. I remember that time there was a Hitler standing at the entrance

Went to this recently, thought it was very good, but they have got rid of a lot of the stuff they used to have, much of the gore is gone now, I'm assuming because people found it too frightening. Also the gate they used for their prison is the original gate from Newgate prison. Very cool.

Read a year or so ago they got rid of TCOH but were then reviving it as an interactive experience, thought I'd look it up again to see if that happened and judging by your video it is now the case! Like yourself, visited before, a few times, over the years when TCOF was not really scary but now it looks much more fun/interactive. Looks like the same warning signs have been erected, about nervous disposition, pacemaker but it wasn't scary back then. Also when I last went John Christie was standing upright, now sitting down, with moving newspaper, very clever headline on the Newspaper Christie was reading i.e, Timothy Evans hanged for murdering wife and kids, who Christie had murdered but let Evans take the flack for, i.e., was hanged for crimes Christie had committed. Thank you for the video, much better than anything Tussauds own website!
