It reminds my of Pharroh Sanders "Harvest." The first time I heard an alto sax like that was from the video game "MGS 2" Never heard this before but I've thought about fusing multiple genres together in modern times like that. Really nice.

i think this compilation is GOATed for one it has a lot of major highlights inside the (relatively) small community that is midwest emo in Japan, but also it has what i could say the peak from each one of them, such as Staplers song or the ones from Bluebeard, specially Purity which imho will always be peak emo would love to see more of this compilations including a bit more hidden groups such as All Out or the like
