0:27 what is that room used for? It has a closet but no windows. Doesn’t a bedroom have to have a window?
It depends on the municipality and jurisdiction of the location where the room resides. A room whether it has a window or not can be called a Bedroom or anything else the owner wishes to call it. However, actual International Building Code definition of a Bedroom, would require a window as a form of egress.
How old is this house? I love old houses w all the nook and crannies. I like in remote Alaska. I have never seen a house/cabin w so much charm.

It’s because the house is split level and their lower level is a little sunken in the ground more and because they built a garage it had to obviously be above ground instead of having just a split entry or raised ranch house now they have that and technically a side split as well because the foundation is gonna be a bit off and they put a room above but either way it looks nice tho

What the hell? You put all the effort and money into this. You cant even match the god damn siding, and shutters? The whole design looks awkward, im sorry to sound rude, this is frustrating!
