hi everyone. here is another escooter handy tip. This time it's what to look out for when riding offroad. tree stumps can easily catch you out when riding a bush track. Hitting a stump like this or even smaller can at best puncture a tyre or at worst throw you off your scooter causing an injury and may even damage your rim. So keep your eyes scanning the tracks to look for this and other object...

@@Glebble_4 cruise control yes but no dampener. Not may scooters come standard with dampeners. Mainly the hyper scooters that really need a dampener come with them
@@f.cscootriders Thanks a lot, is it auto cruise control i.e. after you hold throttle for certain amount of time it activates?
@@Glebble_4 to be honest I don't use cruise control on any of the scooters. ive had mine since last November (done 2100ks so far) after my x10 got stolen honestly its such a downgrade ive had 2 kickstands and 2 headlights break on me already, my e brakes stay on sometimes, the motors hitch at full speed sometimes, the decks tiny but i dont blame the scoot for that its my fault for not checking how small it is. dont get me wrong i love it, the speed, the throttle but i cant recommend also the power cable for the motors goes though the brake rotor meaning you have to unplug the motors to change rotors why no other scooter does that ive had 3
Kickstands I can understand as I've broken a few on the hurricane but they are cheap to replace and better aftermarket ones are becoming available. But I can't understand what you mean with the motor wires going through the brake rotor. The motor wires run underneath the swingarm of the suspension.
@@f.cscootridersyeah it goes under the swing arm right to the axel then the motor. it’s really easy to see with the wheel off but look though the top below the callipers near the axel the cable for both motors go right through the centre of each rotor
Maybe new gen’s are different though I know the newer ones come with a rubber decking not grip tape maybe they switched it up but the cable is still on the opposite side to every other scooter I’ve seen with rotors
@@salsatheseagull3847 the cable runs in the same place but it's not much of a hassle when changing tyres. Would be good with a plug. That should be standard in all scooters. But I am currently going though testing for the review on the 2024 model

Hi sorry for not getting back to you about this. Enter P-gear mode. 2: Press and hold the power button together for 5 seconds while in ''P" gear, and the buzzer will ring once. Input the original password. (The factory default password is "000"), Double-click confirm the password enter the next interface. 3: Display show 1 means enter a 3-digit new password. Double-click confirm the password enter the next interface. 4: Display show 2 means enter same new password again. The new password entered twice must be the same. Double-click confirm the password. The system will automatically save and exit. Hope this helps.
Does this have electronic breaking/regenerative breaking?
@@X-TR3ME. Yes and it works brilliantly. You just have to apply light pressure to brake and it's not harsh like some. For heavy emergency braking both just pull harder for mechanical braking to engage
@f.cscootriders Thanks for the quick reply. So the regen break works together with the hydraulic brakes? Is there a way to control its strength in the p settings? Im very sorry for asking too many questions, I'm just a bit excited and I'm currently waiting for it to be delivered 😄🤣.
@@X-TR3ME.P setting 11 is the brake regen setting but as advised in the manual it's not supposed to make any difference. I found this to be true and position 3 is ideal. It brakes real nice and is not abrupt. I'd go as far to say it's the best braking on a dragon scooter.
