This was during the brief period where Stackridge went out, with the same line up, as The Korgis with a set list more orientated towards Korgi songs. The theory was with the two hits , If I Had You & Everybodys etc that might bring in more and better paid gigs but unfortunately it did'nt.

Però trovare una COVER band degli STACKRIDGE non è semplice !!!!!! Bravi è MOLTO lodevole che abbiano messo su questo progetto!!!!! Per quanto riguarda la performance abbastanza bravi anche se forse potevano fare anche un po' meglio!!!! E poi ATTENZIONE il sound degli STACKRIDGE è affascinante ma NON semplice è un bel mix fra Beatles King Crimson riferimenti sonorità decadenti 20/30 etc poi folk con qualcosa di psichedelico e anche qualche stranezza di tratrale di circense e un pizzico di Humour tipicamente inglese!!!! Ah dimenticavo anche qualche riferimento ai Genesis di PETER GABRIEL!!!! Agitate il tutto e otterrete il sound degli STACKRIDGE !!!!! Spero di avere reso in po' l'idea a chi NON li ha MAI ascoltati, ma il il Mio modesto consiglio è di andarli ad ascoltare sulle piattaforme internet !!!! Buon ascolto e NON Ve ne pentirete perché è davvero una band molto originale e creativa!!!!!

Bautiful, wonderful, everything...I remember listening one and another time without losing its magic when I was very very young, but listening now I feel the same. Thanks for this piece of history

Gli Stackridge sono una delle bands prog rock più originali in assoluto eppure sono anche tra le più sottovalutate dalla critica musicale !!!!!!

I would have liked to have seen them live back in the day.

What an incredible live performance of a great Stackridge classical instrumental. I like it with the full orchestra but this band version is quite impressive. Clare Lindley is wonderful on the violin and carries the dramatic melody solidly.
