“What time does this class end?” 😂
great explinations
Interferences of two raster systems create a virtual THIRD raster in the perceiver. Therefore the Gestalt is really more than then the sum of it's parts. But in Kitsch it seems that the whole seems to be less than the sum of its parts *LOL*
@@Meme-vj4co Well, interference does not work with all raster systems. Sorry I don't have a video on that. But the effect is also known as Moirée. It was part of my studies in Art School
@@Meme-vj4co ASFAIR Circular Rasters worked pretty well
I see alot of holes the same way... I either dig em, or I don't.
I think ibm logo is proximity more than continuity

Thank you so much for uploading this. I have an assignment that has a section dealing with the Gestalt theory, and while I understood the principles by themselves, I was really struggling to explain the theory itself beyond the statement "the whole is greater than its parts." Definitely a useful video :)
Thanks
Nice
Excellent.👍
a whole pizza pie is better than one slice!?
Wow psychology has really gone backwards in time. We really believe these are examples of unconscious thoughts? To me its obvious our mind expands far beyond our ego’s surface knowledge, but i guess you can only teach what you can prove?
Love that video, thanks.
omg ......ı think my bitch teacher is taking from you .shitttttt really she is a aawesome bitch .she is just translating and ı saw now you
this women is rightly savage
The correct term is that the whole is different than the sum of its parts, not greater. Aristotle's phrase (upon which Gestalt Theory was based) was translated wrong and has been used wrong since the theory was established. And saying different as opposed to greater makes a lot more sense when you take the theory's laws into account.
omg. I'm so glad I read this bc that saying has always confused me. Thanks ;)
Thank you
In hindi explane know
As as school teacher, artist, and professional photographer, I have found you three lessons in "Laws of Similarity, Continuity, and Semmetry to be of great help. Your use of the overhead viewer is a GREAT teaching tool. MORE! Please.
Here to get help healing from narc abuse. Got one the most imp answers from 2:19 to 2:23 I needed to hear.
Just ingrained pattern recognition
