Food - Labs are food obsessed !
She did great! ❤ Do you think Zoey would do that well?
So let me ask!? You're saying he has issues with a collar but I'm looking at the fact that he has a e-collar on?
Very sweet ❤
What treats do y’all use? Need ideas for my boy who has a little bit of a sensitive stomach
Dobies are the best.
Nice work ....odin is a beautifilul dog ..is he a mastiff or a cross mastiff /boxer or something...well done he seems real clever to work with ❤❤
He did wonderful! So proud of him and grateful for ya'll ❤🎉
Good boy Odin! Yes 🎉
Handsome great boy🐾🐕🦺💜🏡
Great boy. Attentiv. Sitting so sweet🖤🐕🦺💞
Love that loose lead!! So many people want their dogs to relax, but they keep yanking and pulling at their dog like a fish
Coronada 😮 I tell em ..
I glad you are working with him..😮😊
That's wonderful 🎉❤
Why are you rewarding a dog for responding when you in dealing with and in the middle of a relationship problem ? How about bringing this dog under some intentional control. What are you assuming regarding the perceptions of the dog when you are rewarding ?
We just started forming a relationship with this dog. He is very young and immature. Before I can bring him under “intentional control “ I must show him what are the expectations clearly first. We never want to ruin the dog’s willingness to participate for the sake of control.
That grown man. That handsome gentleman. That scholar. Hunter is what we in the business call a VERY GOOD BOI.
Luv it!!! That must feel really good. I remember our Golden Retrievers dug & rolled the 1 and only time we had snow here clise enough in So Cal! ❤
You are now hitting the head on the nail! I love it, thank you!🎉 I feel like I'm going to get my boy back! Thank you so much 💓
It important to practice impulse control with him I have seen he finds it challenging to maintain that place position when when someone is moving around. So to achieve reliability it is essential to practice impulse control
He's being such a good boy!
What a cute baby! ❤
What is a bait dog?
Very good. Keep going..
❤
It's awesome that he's letting you around him
That tail is going the speed of light. He loves this
He/she is a giant puppy. I imagine they'll be a big cuddle bug
❤🐕🥰🐕🦺
He/she.. Really ?.. 😳
How old is Jeofrey? Mine is now about 4 and a half months old and about the same size (I'd guess 60 lbs). He's just beginning to stop puppy biting so much and ears going up...he needed socialization very bad but got giardia so we had to wait until it was cured before beginning training like this. I hope it's not too late. Our dog seems very well-behaved (so far)...
i guess jeofrey is 1 year or older if your gsd is this large with 4.5 months, i dont know but thats not a normal gsd xD
I have a 3 yr old Aussie. He is severely afraid of loud noises to the point he shakes in fear. I have to sedate him with meds from the vet when it storms. Is there anyway to help him get over this. I adopted him 4 months ago and he is my esa. He goes everywhere with me.
Your dog needs more exposure to.the outside world. Desensitize him through walks of possible so all the loud noises in the world are a reason to freak out. Give him something else to focus on while on walks when big trucks etc come by. Treats, you or both. He may be in a fear period where you just need to persist, sorta act like these things aren't a big deal while walking also.
He only gets upset with thunder. He is my esa and goes everywhere with me. We don’t have any other problems with him.
@@dawnhenderson5057 maybe a thunder shirt? Looks kinda silly but I've heard they work for some dogs can't be any worse than side effects from meds..
Can't wait for Tuesday!
It looks cold he needs a coat
He was literally out for 5 mins. Then back inside for cuddles right away!!
Doing so so good!😊
Awfully cute big boy
Where are you located?🤍🤍😁
Swartz creek Michigan!
Thank you, I'm in Ontario Canada🤍🤍
Nice work with a breed that needs hours of training.
Similar to but not quite the Koehler Method of Dog Training. The dog can't tell where you are on a loose leash so has to stay back where he can see you, if you're apt to make abrupt reverse-turns. Start on a ten foot lead and move to a six foot leash as you get faster with the technique.
<3
My service dog is a Belgian Malinio also named Ryker.
Also--are you using a pinch/prong collar in training? Hard to tell from the video. Thanks!
How old is the puppy? My male GSD puppy just turned 3 months old. The hardest part right now is the non-stop incessant biting. Most other training is going good. Also, we have a back-yard in-ground swimming pool, so we worry about him accidentally falling in...thus are forced to watch him every time he goes out into the yard. It seems to be getting too cold to teach swimming now--any advice? Good video!
