Self-care
Most people consider self-care to be selfish but is it so? Never, when you take care of yourself your surroundings automatically become thriving for you. In this world of fast-paced technology, we have completely forgotten to take care of ourselves. We are taught in schools about how to respect others, parents, and elders, but never ourselves. So if you are a teen, do a favor to yourself and follow at least one of the tips mentioned in the video.
